    Majestic architecture, Inspiring interiors, Beautiful gardens

    Guest Relations confusing and unhelpful!!! Water pressure in shower should be improved!!! TV worked intermittently and WiFi is painfully slow!!! A serious refurbishment is long overdue!!!

    Very professional staff, breakfasts were sumptuous.

    The place was beautiful grand old, no reason to complain, recommend. The room was well-equipped plus it had a balcony and nice sheets. The service here was good. Had great riverside location hard to fault the establishment, next to American Express. We appreciated alcoholic drinks at the English bar.

    The hotel was newly renovated and luxury with incredible location close to the green gardens where crested Egyptian hod-hod birds dart about as well as Luxor Temple and the ferry across the river. An outdoor restaurant with very good food and service was an advantage. No complaints, I enjoyed this venue and will be returning here soon.

The air conditioning lacks individual temperature control, which may not suit everyone's preferences. The windows are single-glazed, allowing noise from the nearby mosque to intrude early in the morning.

    The lush garden provided a tranquil oasis, perfect for relaxation. The room, a Classic Twin with Nile views, wassuper clean and cozy. I appreciated the opportunity to reflect on the rich history of the building as I strolled the corridors. Every evening, I enjoyed watching the bustling life along the river from my room.
